3. Can I post a negative review?The main purpose of Neatlyst is to list or review places you find worth recommending. If I place is not worthy of a praise, then it should not have a place in your profile.
4. What is the rating criteria?Consider how you would recommend the place to your friends:

(“/) The place serves satisfactory food, but deserves a special mention because it has another more distinguishable quality such as service, view, décor, child friendliness, ambiance or any other feature worth recommending.
5. What is a neatlyst?A Neatlyst is a collection of places worth listing. For example:
A curated list of your favorite places.
A bucket list of places you want to go.
A list of places I have been to.
It could also be more specific, like:
The Best Sushi Places.
My Favorite Pizza Joints.

6. What is my starguide?The Starguide is a Neatlyst that populates itself every time you rate a place. In other word, it is a Food Guide based on places you find worth recommending to your friends.
7. How do I add/delete a venue in my starguide?You add a venue to your starguide by rating a place you find worth recommending.
You remove venues from your star guide by removing the rate of a venue.
8. What are the icons next to some users?The icons next to some users let’s people know if that particular user is a verified Foodie, Chef or public figure, celebrity or brand.
9. Can I have a private account?Yes, in settings toggle the bar to Private Account. When your account is private, only people you approve can see your ratings and Neatlysts. Your existing followers will not be affected.
10. Can I create a private Neatlyst?Yes, while creating or editing a list, you may choose it to be private. When your Neatlyst is private, nobody except you can see the list. You can make it public anytime. Keep in mind that your Star guide list will always be accessible to your followers.
